Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

  1. Mama Health Co. Users will be required to ‘subscribe’ to a package with the minimum subscription being for 7 (Seven) days.

If you choose to cancel your subscription to a meal plan prior to the same being activated/before the cut-off period prescribed by the Platform, we will refund the entire amount to your bank account.

In the event we are unable to deliver any meal(s) to you as a result of circumstances beyond our reasonable control, we will extend the subscription plan to the extent of such meal(s).

Although we take the maximum possible care in ensuring that the correct meals are delivered to you and that they are always fresh, you may sometimes receive the wrong meal or a meal with ingredients that may have become stale due to the weather or other conditions. If you receive the wrong meal or a defective meal, please contact us at contact@mamahealthco.com or +91 9900737507 or please contact the assigned POC within 4 (four) hours of receipt of the meal, along with images of the meal. Once we confirm your claim, we will attempt to replace the meal on the same day however, if we are unable to do so, we will extend your subscription meal to the extent of such meal(s). Please note that disliking the food taste or minor differences in the appearance, colour, or weight of the meals as compared to the images and/or specifications on the Platform, shall not be considered to be “receipt of wrong meal” or “meal(s) received with defect”. There will be no replacement, refund or extension in the subscription plan in such a case. The decision regarding whether a meal is wrongly delivered or defective shall be at the sole discretion of Mama Health Co.

Refund Policy

Plans below 28 days are not eligible for a refund.

Conditions of 28 days Plans

  1. Cancellation of the subscription within 12 days = 50% Refund.
  2. Cancellation of subscription post 12 days = 0% No Refund.
  3. Subscribers can pause their subscriptions for up to 10 days only.

Conditions of 56 days Plans

  1. Cancellation of the subscription within 20 days = 50% Cash Back.
  2. Cancellation of subscription post 20 days = 0% No Refund.
  3. Subscribers can pause their subscriptions for up to 10 days only.

Conditions of 84 days Plans

  1. Cancellation of the subscription within 30 days = 50% Cash Back.
  2. Cancellation of subscription post 30 days = 0% No Refund.
  3. Subscribers can pause their subscriptions for up to 10 days only.

The refund amount is subject to a deduction of 2% of transaction charges.   

The refund amount will be processed and should be credited to your provided bank account within 15-20 working days. 

Subscription Validity Period:
7-day & 14-day plans: Must be consumed within 30 days from the start date.
28-day, 56-day & 84-day plans: Must be consumed within 120 days from the start date.

Pause & Expiry Policy:
Subscriptions cannot be paused indefinitely.
Any unconsumed meals beyond the validity period will automatically expire without any notification or refund.

Discounts, Offers & Cash Back Policy

1.    Multiple discount cannot be availed on single purchase.

2.    Discounts & offers are subject to validity of the campaign and cannot be assumed it is perpetual.  

3.    Cash Back % is calculated on the value of payment made and not on the display price prior to discount.

4.    Cash back are credited to Mama Keto Web App wallet and can be used to purchase next plan. Discount & Cash back cannot be combined to make a purchase.

5.     Offer cannot be clubbed with any other scheme

  1. As per Cashback policy, the user is eligible to avail 30% of the order total, not more than Rs.3000, can be paid via MamahealthCo Cash.
  2. Under no circumstances will you be entitled to withdraw the eligible cashback amount into your bank account or otherwise ask for a cash withdrawal. The cashback amount will be applied as a discount for your eligible purchases. The cashback amount cannot be credited into any pre-paid instrument issued under applicable RBI laws.
  3. In case of cancellations/ refunds where awarded cashback is used or for partial cancellations, a refund will be processed as per Mama Health Co. policies.

9.     Cashback will be credited in the user’s Mama Health Co's wallet account once the cancellation period will be over. 

Example

Display Rate – 100 INR

Discount – 20% i.e. 20 INR

Payable – 80 INR

Cash back on payable – 10% i.e. 8 INR (credit is made available on your web app)

Returns & Exchanges are not applicable. 

Mama Health Co. reserves the right to cancel/change/modify/add/delete any of the terms and conditions of the offer at any time without notice

 Mama Health Co. reserves the right to deny honouring the offer on the grounds of suspicion or abuse of the offer by any customer without providing customer any explanation thereof.
