The Meals
1.What do Mama Health Meals Contain?
Our meals contain a wholesome combination of protein, carbs, fats and fiber with a wide variety of menu options that take care of your macro & micro nutrient needs.
The compositions will vary depending on the type of plan sought.
2. What if I have allergies?
When you sign up for any of our meal subscriptions, you are requested to inform us about your allergies and dislikes. We will assess those and suggest a plan suited to your best interest.
3. What is a Keto diet?
The keto diet is a low carb, high-fat & moderate protein diet. It lowers blood sugar and insulin levels and shifts the body’s metabolism away from carbs and toward fat and ketones. As a result, this leads to weight loss and visceral fat loss.Â
Meal Subscriptions
1. Do I get to select my own meals?
Yes, there’s an account created on our portal once you sign up. Meals can be selected for the whole duration of the plan together out of the many options we have to offer. Cut-off time to select meals for next day is 6pm previous day. In case of no selections made, default meals shall be sent as vegetarian.
2. How much does it cost?
Kindly refer to our Plans page for information on the number of meals and days of the subscription.
3. What is the refund policy?
Plans below 28 days are not eligible for a refund.
Conditions of 28 days Plans:
- Cancellation of the subscription within the first 12 days of subscribing = 50% Cash Back
- Cancellation of subscription post 12 days = 0% No Refund.
- Subscribers can pause their subscriptions for up to 10 days only.
Conditions of 56 days Plans
- Cancellation of the subscription within 20 days of starting = 50% Cash Back.
- Cancellation of subscription post 12 days = 0% No Refund.
- Subscribers can pause their subscriptions for up to 10 days only.
Conditions of 84 days Plans
- Cancellation of the subscription within 30 days of starting = 50% Cash Back.
- Cancellation of subscription post 12 days = 0% No Refund.
- Subscribers can pause their subscriptions for up to 10 days only.
Please note:Â The refund amount is subject to a deduction of 2% of transaction charges.
Packaging & Delivery
1. What time would the food be delivered?
Meals are delivered between 7:00 to 10:00 AM daily. Depending on the location we will allot a time slot in between this range.
2. Is the service available on all days?
Yes, 100%. We deliver your meals all 7 days all around the year. Even lockdowns haven’t stopped us!
3. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is complimentary for all plans, even the trial plans.
4. How do I pause a delivery?
You may login to your subscription account on the web browser using the link shared with you on whatsapp and select the days you want to cancel delivery.
5. Can I change the Delivery address?
Yes, on the web app browser click on manage address and add your new location, then mark it as the default address. One day prior to delivery, the address will need to be changed incase there’s a switch to the old address needed.
6. How long will my food stay fresh?
All meals need to be refrigerated as soon as one receives them to prevent spoilage. One can warm it up and consume when needed.
7. How are the meals packaged?
The meals are packed in microwave safe containers that are easy to store and carry. These can directly be put in the microwave to warm up food.Â
8. Does someone need to be present to receive the delivery?
This can be discussed between the delivery agent and customer. If the meals need to be kept at a certain place or handed over at the reception.Â
